Spring blossoms

By now those of us that are still seeing 20s and 30s temperatures (or lower) are ready for a warm up. I know I am. Spring can't come soon enough outside, but it already came in my studio with my latest blossom creations.

Thankfully, there are some signs spring will be there very soon in MD. My lilies are poking though the mulch, the rose bushes are growing soft green little leaves. The miracle of the renewal is about to start. And I can get out of hibernation mode!

On a side note, my father-in-law had a pretty uneventful first round of chemo and will have his second round this coming tuesday and wednesday. Rinse and repeat every other week until the end of August. So we're all hoping for a smooth sailing.

  1. I love the white one! I am close to MD... VA, and we are starting to see some of the cherry blossom trees budding... I can NOT wait, it is my first spring here! :)

I pray all goes well for your father-in-law.
