My first Stabusting project is finished!! I bought this lovely burgundy corduroy on sale last spring for a song. All along I knew I wanted to make a classic jumper dress for Bug. Something she could wear this fall and winter over a shirt and with tights when it gets colder. Very simple lines, so classic and so cute. Bug approved !
I added a couple of satin yo-yos along the neck
And since zipper and me are still a love-hate story, I went for snaps under the armpits
It only took a couple of hours
Next time I will try with a zipper ... maybe.
Definitely Bug approved !
Sweet - there is something delightful and comforting about corduroy jumpers.
